Jihadist Magazine ‘Azaan’
Calls For Western Muslims To Attack Their Own Homelands In Europe And
America. Doesn’t This Violate All The Tenets Of Islam? Part II
Propaganda That Destroys

“The biggest
contribution you can make to the Jihad is to do an attack in the West,”
said Abu Salamah Al-Muhajir in his opinion piece titled ‘To the Jihadis
in the West’, one of the articles published by the Talibani Jihadist
English magazine ‘Azaan’.
As discussed earlier,
the magazine seeks to instill its foul intentions in the impressionable
young minds of its readers. It provokes the Western Muslims to attack
their homelands and continue doing so until their countries’ foreign
policies towards the Islamic world change for the better. The most
repeated rhetoric for radicalizing them is that the Western countries
(including non-Wahhabi Muslims) are at war with Islam.
The Western Jihadi
ideologue, Abu Salamah Al-Muhajir, lays an array of arguments. It quotes
the Qur’an and Hadith out of context, justifying the rationale behind
calling Muslim youth to set up lone-wolf jihadist battlefields across
the world. Motivating the youth with radical interpretations of Islam,
it reviews a range of concocted conditions for Muslims to leave their
parents, children, wife, homes and even their colleges to launch
jihadist activities and attain martyrdom.
This second part of
the article will refute the force-fitted rhetoric that Abu Salamah
Al-Muhajir uses to fulfill the political ambitions of his Talibani
movement. He incites the jihadists to be fearless “to do an attack in
the West” and inspires this act of terrorism by the slogan of bravery as
he says: “Are you afraid that this path will shorten your life and
those distant dreams of yours will remain unfulfilled? Believe me, my
brother, bravery does not decrease one’s lifespan and cowardliness does
not increase it”.
To force fit with the
foul intentions of mass destruction, he quotes the following verse: “And
Allah grants respite to none when his appointed time comes and Allah is
all-aware of what you do.” [63:11]
