As Maulana Usmai’s and other many scholar’s papers had described the ‘obedience of Ameer’ and evidences from “Atiullah w Ati ur Rasool w Ulal Amr” were noted down, Maulana Syed Suleman Husaini Nadwi spoke on the point and said ‘God has ordered to “obey the Ameers among you”, it means Muslims have been ordered to obey those government heads who are Muslims. But at present almost all the government heads of Islamic nations have got out of the boundaries of Islam. They are ‘deniers’ of Islamic Shariah. They implement restrictions on Muslim women and are agents of the enemies of Islam and are not Muslims representatives.
