South Sudan: Islamic Constitution No Solution to Marginalization and Oppression in a Nation

The word Islam is commonly used with two related meanings. On the one hand it denotes a religion, a system of belief and worship and on the other hand, the civilization that grew up and flourished under the aegis of that religion.
