Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Boston Bombing Suspect
U.S District Court Judge George O’Toole has officially sentenced Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death. Tsarnaev is to be executed at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana.
At the end of the hearing, US District Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. sentenced Tsarnaev to death on six of the 30 charges he was convicted of, and gave him consecutive life sentences for some of his other crimes. O’Toole was bound by the jury’s decision to sentence Tsarnaev to death — a sentence that is subject to an automatic appeal.
The jury condemned Tsarnaev to death specifically for the bomb he placed that killed two people — not for a separate bomb his older brother placed.
O’Toole, in his remarks before he issued the sentence, told Tsarnaev he will be remembered solely for his “evil.” (Boston Globe, June 24, 2015)

The Judge Allowed
“Survivors and victims’ family members to address Tsarnaev, speaking to him about their pain one after the other for over three hours. At the end of this time Tsarnaev read the following statement to the court as preserved by the court reporter.”
This confession is a forced confession which is being used for propaganda purposes. Tsarneev did not write it.
With numerous references to Prophet Mohammed, the confession portrays Tsarnaev as a Muslim terrorist.
The confession is being used as a propaganda tool by the mainstream media to foment a renewed wave of Islamophobia across America.
Now, I am sorry for the lives that I’ve taken, for the suffering that I’ve caused you, for the damage that I’ve done. Irreparable damage.
Now, I am a Muslim. My religion is Islam. The God I worship, besides whom there is no other God, is Allah.
Immediately after the bombing, which I am guilty of — if there’s any lingering doubt about that, let there be no more. I did do it along with my brother
Being a Muslim is associated with “The lives I have taken”. It sends a subliminal message.
There is ample evidence that Tsarnaev is innocent. From the outset, his attorney Judy Clarke was complicit in seeking a guilty verdict. He was framed and his lawyer was involved in engineering the confession of an innocent man. No “lingering doubts”.
Carefully worded. Who wrote the confession?
And Judge O’Toole concludes: [Muslims] “will be remembered for his evil”

United States District Judge
Excerpt of Disposition
Allocution of Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev
[Courtroom N. 9 Boston June 24, 2015]
THE DEFENDANT: Thank you, your Honour, for giving me an opportunity to speak. I would like to begin in the name of Allah, the exalted and glorious, the most gracious, the most merciful, “Allah” among the most beautiful names. Any act that does not begin in the name of God is separate from goodness.
This is the blessed month of Ramadan, and it is the month of mercy from Allah to his creation, a month to ask forgiveness of Allah and of this creation, a month to express gratitude to Allah and to his creation. It’s the month of reconciliation, a month of patience, a month during which hearts change. Indeed, a month of many blessings.
The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said if you have not thanked the people, you have not thanked God. So I would like to first thank my attorneys, whose who sit at this table, the table behind me, and many more behind the scenes. They have done much good for me, from my family. They made my life the last two years very easy. I cherish their company. They’re lovely companions. I thank you.
I would like to thank those who took time out of their daily lives to come and testify on my behalf despite the pressure. I’d like to thank the jury for their service, and the Court. The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said that if you do not — if you are not merciful to Allah’s creation, Allah will not be merciful to you, so I’d like to now apologize to the victims, to the survivors.
Immediately after the bombing, which I am guilty of — if there’s any lingering doubt about that, let there be no more. I did do it along with my brother — I learned of some of the victims. I learned their names, their faces, their age. And throughout this trial more of those victims were given names, more of those victims had faces, and they had burdened souls.
Now, all those who got up on that witness stand and that podium related to us — to me — I was listening — the suffering that was and the hardship that still is, with strength and with patience and with dignity. Now, Allah says in the Qur’an that no soul is burdened with more than it can bear, and you told us just how unbearable it was, who horrendous it was, this thing I put you through. And I know that you kept that much. I know that there isn’t enough time in the day for you to have related to us everything. I also wish that far more people had a chance to get up there, but I took them from you.
Now, I am sorry for the lives that I’ve taken, for the suffering that I’ve caused you, for the damage that I’ve done. Irreparable damage.
Now, I am a Muslim. My religion is Islam. The God I worship, besides whom there is no other God, is Allah. And I prayed for Allah to bestow his mercy upon the deceased, those affected in the bombing and their families. Allah says in the Qu’ran that with every hardship there is relief. I pray for your relief, for your healing, for your well-being, for your strength.
I ask Allah to have mercy upon me and my brother and my family. I ask Allah to bestow his mercy upon those present here today. And Allah knows best those deserving of his mercy. And I ask Allah to have mercy upon the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Amin. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
Thank you.

To better understand the suspicious nature of Tsarnaev’s confession, Global Research brings to the attention of its readers the following articles on the Tsarnaev trial and the Boston Bombing.
Tsarnaev Case Judge: FBI Interview Reports Are Unreliable—And Cast in Stone, James Henry, May 20, 2015
US District Court Judge George O’Toole’s admonition inadvertently bolstered long-standing criticisms of FBI interview practices—that the FBI creates its own “truth” by refusing to electronically record interviews, and then forcing witnesses to go along with it using threats of jail time under the federal “making false statements” statute.
“The United States of Injustice” and the Boston Bombing Trial. Court of Public Opinion Lynching, Prosecutorial Distortions, Stephen Lendman, May 17, 2015
Wrongful convictions are longstanding US practice – including numerous victims sentenced to capital punishment for crimes they didn’t commit. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is the latest example – wrongfully convicted on 30 counts, 17 subject to possible capital punishment.
Boston Bombing Core Mystery: Why are Feds Not Interested in this Man?, Jill Vaglica, 26 May 2015
Perhaps most troubling is the FBI’s successful effort to minimize its prior relationship with Tsarnaev’s dead older brother, Tamerlan—a relationship that demands focused attention because of the Bureau’s long, documented history of placing its own assets inside violent plots as infiltrators or informants. A cast of “highly interesting” secondary characters have behaved oddly enough that any serious inquiry would focus on them.
Tsarnaev Sentenced to Death: The Boston Bombing and the Tsarnaev Trial – Lies, Anomalies and Inconsistencies, Julie Lévesque, May 15, 2015
Global Research invites you to take a moment to look at some of the best articles published on the Boston Marathon Bombing and the Tsarnaev brothers, all of which reveal lies, anomalies and inconsistencies in the official story.
Boston Marathon Bombings’ Guilty Verdict Exposed as a Gross Travesty of Justice, Joachim Hagopian, April 12, 2015
With the official government narrative of the 9/11 attack filled with a plethora of lies that have since been subsequently exposed, the next biggest “war on terror” event on US soil that the feds failed to stop was the April 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.
Boston Bombing: Feds Admit No Evidence Tsarnaev Brothers Involved in the Slayings, James Henry,
The Boston Marathon bombing is much more important than has been acknowledged, principally because it is the defining domestic national security event since 9/11—and has played a major role in expanding the power of the security state.
The Boston Bombings and the CIA Connection. Graham Fuller and Uncle Ruslan Tsarnaev, F. William Engdahl
Ruslan Tsarnaev, the outspoken uncle of the brothers was married to Samantha A. Fuller until 2004. Samantha’s father is Graham Fuller, the senior CIA person who was the architect the Afghan Islamic fundamentalist Mujahideen war against the Soviets. He is also involved in creating a global jihad network, presumably acting on behalf of CIA interests.
FBI Agents Killed in Virginia Were Investigating the Boston Bombing, JG Vibes
Two FBI agents died in a “fall” from a helicopter in Virginia this week. Days later it has emerged that these agents were involved in the arrest of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings.
Boston Bombings: Was Tamerlan Tsarnaev a Double Agent Recruited by the FBI?, Prof Peter Dale Scott
There is a strong possibility that Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older of the two brothers, was a double agent, perhaps recruited by the FBI.
If Tsarnaev was a double agent, he would be just one of thousands of young people coerced by the FBI, as the price for settling a minor legal problem, into a dangerous career as an informant.
In Defense of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: The Real Smoking Gun in Boston, Kurt Haskell and Patrick Henningsen, April 21, 2015
As we will demonstrate, there is a strong forensic case to be made for Dzhokhar‘s innocence.
As 21WIRE outlined previously, there are a number key points and unique anomalies that have been overlooked in this case. None however, are as compelling as this smoking gun:
