Islamic Shari'ah Aims Not Only At The Safety Of One's Own Life And The Lives Of Others, But Also At The Safety Of One's Own And Others' Faith, Family, Intelligence, Property And Pride
Main Points:
1. The basic purpose of Shariah is not completed law, nor is it Islamic.
2. A person is not a Muslim by being forced to practice the Shariah.
3. Sharia-based governance requires peace. Security, Employment and education.

As expected and widely feared by the global community, news emanating from Taliban-ruled Afghanistan is horrifying. Muslims are entering into mosques, blowing themselves up to kill fellow Muslims. This is almost becoming routine.
Naturally, there is a lot of concern among the Afghan people. Afghanistan is a country of thirty eight million people. Added to this population is the small number of people trying to flee the country who gather at airports and elsewhere in Afghanistan. Although the authenticity of the news released by the Taliban and anti-Taliban is still in the shadow of doubt, it cannot be said that the concerns of the people are misplaced since the Taliban is an unholy movement that has committed many atrocities in the past. At the same time, Islam cannot accept such cruel acts seen in the social media, the struggle for power and rule, and the acts of violence carried out in the name of Sharia. It is un-Islamic and inconsistent with the basic objectives of Sharia.
All the terrorist movements that have come in the name of Islam have considered governance as the basic goal of Islam. In the early and middle decades of the 20th century, this ideology took root. Because it was a time when most Muslim-majority countries wanted freedom from imperialist domination. Syed Abul A'la Maududi, Syed Qutb and others started propagating that governance is the great goal of Islam these days. But as time progressed, this ideology became dangerous. These ideologues wrote that they could do anything for the regime and became a great weapon for the terrorists. Their constant assertion that the entire leaders, legal systems and those who follow them are the guardians of an un-Islamic system in modern Muslim nations has given the extremists great energy. Thus, the religious beliefs of these ideologues helped the extremists to destabilize the existing system of governance in Muslim countries. Unfortunately, it was named Sharia. Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and ISIS all belong to this list. Everyone killed Muslims; Or Muslims in the current regime. All waged war against Muslim nations; Or against Muslim states with stable governance. Unfortunately, it was named Sharia. Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and ISIS all belong to this list. All waged war against Muslim nations; Or against Muslim states with stable governance. Unfortunately, it was named Sharia.
This is where we need to understand the basic rules of Islamic Shariah. Governance is not the main goal in Islam. The mandatory command to establish government is nowhere to be found in the hundreds of thousands of prophetic sayings. A large part of Rasool's (pbuh) life was spent in Makkah. Rasool and his companions lived there as a minority. In many cases the authority of Makkah was extended to the Prophet (PBUH) but he did not accept it.
The goal of the Hijra or exodus to Madinah was not statehood. When Rasool (pbuh) arrived in Madinah, the people naturally united and made Rasool (pbuh) their leader to look after their affairs. He ruled completely Islamically and based on Sharia. It was the greatest and most exemplary administration the world has ever seen. As mentioned earlier, it was a regime where every man's life, property, pride, faith and family were protected one hundred percent. It was a political system that gave rights to non-Muslims, women, the underprivileged, animals and even anti-Islam.
Madinah Charter and Rasool's Arafat Sermon are famous. Centuries before the world uttered the word 'rights', Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) gathered hundreds of thousands of people together and spoke about the rights of every human being. "Haq" and "Huqooq" can be found in the words of the Holy Prophet and in the Qur'an. It also means rights and entitlements. A nation or a society that does not grant these rights is not a nation or a society that is Islamic — no matter what guises they wear, no matter what mantras they chant. Islam is a monotheistic religion which teaches that killing a single person for no reason is like killing an entire people and giving life to one person is like giving life to all people (Qur'an:5/32). Even today, there are many countries in the world where defamation cases are not criminalized. Fourteen centuries ago, Islam was a religion that valued human pride to the utmost. Sharia is a legal code that brings severe punishment to those who violate this pride. It is also a rule that gives a very high value to one's wealth.
However, Islam does not allow the establishment of a nation by looting the lives and wealth of thousands and destroying the pride. Islamic law does not recognize such a state organization. The administrative system established in such a way does not need to be subjected to Shariah. Allah's Shariah is for the safety of mankind and believers. It is not an Islamic system to lose it and establish it.
Islam is broad and comprehensive. It is a religion that has discussed every moment of human life. Naturally, trade, agriculture, administration, state, politics, and international affairs are all discussed in Islam. Detailed legislation has been submitted in that regard. This is the Shariah itself. Just as the finance systems that start with Islamic values are described as Sharia finance, the administration systems that are established by fully incorporating Islamic values should be called Sharia governance. But values should be given importance. Sharia is not the tendency to destroy the peace of the Muslim world by blowing away all the values and somehow seizing the power. To put it politely, that's just trespassing.
Khilafat and Khalifa are in Islam. It is to bring peace and goodness to the country. The caliphate should not be established by overthrowing existing governments, slaughtering thousands, and leaving tens of thousands homeless. The caliphs of Islam used to say that if a goat dies of hunger on the banks of the Euphrates, I will have to answer. The Islamic system of governance was so transparent that perceived flaws in governance could be openly questioned while preaching in front of thousands. The caliphs were the ones who found joy in those questions. All of them did not try to harm the freedom of speech and the freedom of the media. All efforts were made to improve governance by giving that freedom. But unfortunately, for those who have read Khilafat brought by Maududi, Qutb and similar minds, the definition of Khilafat and Khalifa has become different. The values of Islam did not stand in the way of their greed for power. They did not hesitate to blow away all the values and kill the Muslims themselves! The world should realize that everything that is happening today in the name of Islam is not Islam. It must be understood that the movements including the Taliban are destined to become the spears of the anti-Islamic propaganda of the West.
For a large period of Western history, women have been confined to the kitchen. Outside life was entirely male-only. In medieval Europe, women did not have the right to own property, study, or participate in public life. In some parts of Germany the husband even had the right to sell his wife. Until the late 20th century, women in Europe and most of the Americas did not have the right to vote. And women had little or no access to education. They were also prevented from working. Encyclopedia Britannica says the freedom women had in the western world. Remember, Islam is not like this. Knowledge, learning and work are not the exclusive domain of men in Islam. Islam has a codified history of hundreds of wise women. Work, leisure and pleasure are not exclusive to men in Islam. If later in the western world, women were deprived of their rights and took to the streets and went to extreme debauchery, then Islam did not have such a sad time. The oppression of women in the name of Sharia, which has given women a dignified life, cannot be justified according to Islam.
In short, Sharia-based governance requires peace. Security is needed. We need to remove hunger and poverty. Employment and education should be given hundred percent. It is not governance that is great; it is the people. Islam is about responsibility, not authority. What is needed is to take the international community into confidence and freedom of entry for anyone in the world. All religious communities and cultures need freedom to live, practice and practice. If what I hear is true, then a regime without this is simply Talibanism. Not Allah's Shariah.
The religion of Islam was created by Allah, the Creator of mankind. Islam aims and teaches the good of society and nature. To lead to this good requires certain disciplines, guidelines and legal systems. This legal system is called Sharia. According to the perfection of the practice of the Shariah, a believer approaches Allah and attains salvation. A person who fully practices the Shari'ah fully fulfils his obligations to himself, to all others, to nature and to the Creator. It is the fulfilment of this obligation that is primarily aimed at by the Shariah. Islam has left it to one's choice to accept Islam. Individuals also have the right to decide whether or not one should follow personal Shariah laws.
Just as a person is forced to convert to a religion does not become a Muslim, a person is not a Muslim by being forced to practice the Shariah. This is fair, and every law and deed should be performed and observed voluntarily and with the desire of Allah's reward. This fact is given as the first verse in Sahih al-Bukhari, an authentic compilation of the Prophet's sayings: The meaning of the verse is that all human actions are accepted by Allah according to His purpose. It is also a fundamental law in Islam. The discipline itself exists in the Islamic world, which deals with the purposes for which this code of God's law, or Shari’a, is defined. This is called Makhasidu Shari'ah. Every law and injunction in Islam is for this purpose. These must-have goals are known as “Al Kulliyatussitta”. These are six: to protect religion or faith, to protect life and body, to protect intellect, to protect family and family ties, to protect property, and to protect pride. The thousands of laws, great and small, which Islam has instituted, must not violate even one of these six basic safeguards. Each of the rulings of the Shariah protects these six basic things that must be protected. These six things should not only be protected; Islam says to protect others. Remember, the Islamic Shari'ah aims not only at the safety of one's own life and the lives of others, but also at the safety of one's own and others' faith, family, intelligence, property and pride. A thing that does not have security for these things cannot be called Shariah. The basic purpose of Shariah is not completed law, nor is it Islamic.
