The ISIS, after losing its so called Khilafat in Iraq and Syria has been trying to get a foothold in new territories. It has set its eyes on India, a country with sizeable Muslim population. The terror outfit has launched an online English magazine "Voice of Hind" to provoke the Muslims of India against the government and the Hindus to cause civil war in India.
In its earlier issue it had tried to provoke the Indian Muslims to wage 'jihad' against India.

In its latest "Lock down issue" it has again provoked the Muslims to kill as many "kuffar" as possible. The cover page of the magazine features photos of the participants of Tablighi Jama'at congregation at its Nizamuddin Markaz and the Delhi riots with the headline, "Believers, stand tall, it's time for Kuffar to fall".
The magazine asks Muslims to remain equipped with objects like ropes, wires, glass and hammer that can be used to kill the Kafirs.
The most important and serious part of the article is the mention of Maulana Saad and his Tablighi Jama'at and their appreciation for them being Covid-carriers. It gives the impression that the Tablighi Jama'at spread the Covid-19 as part of a strategy to kill more and more 'Kafirs'.
It remains to be seen if Maulana Saad distances himself from the position taken by the ISIS. By describing Tablighi Jama'at as super spreader of Covid-19 the ISIS has tried to create the impression that Maulana Saad deliberately held the event during the Covid-19 to spread the virus, an allegation also made by the Indian mainstream Media.

In the previous article on Voice of Hind, we had pointed out that the magazine is probably being edited by sympathisers of the ISIS in India because the way the issues concerning Indian Muslims are being exploited to gain their sympathy, it is very clear that Indian ideologues or sympathisers of the ISIS are the brain behind it. It should be recalled that during the rise of the ISIS in 2014, a number of Indian ulama, columnists and newspapers had glorified it and Maulana Salman Nadvi had even addressed the head of the ISIS, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi as Amirul Momineen.
In the previous issue, the magazine had also advised Indian Muslims not to listen to the secular Indian Muslim and non-Muslim leaders like Asaduddin Owaisi, Maulana Arshad Madani and Kanhaiya Kumar. It gives rise to the belief that some Muslim extremist intellectuals with sectarian and ideological bias against these leaders may be in the editorial department of the Voice of Hind.
The security agencies need to find out the extremist ideologues editing and compiling the magazine to prevent them from causing communal strife in the country. With the resources and expertise, they have, it is not a difficult task. If it is not done, the magazine will further vitiate the communal atmosphere of the country causing distrust between Hindus and Muslims and make the Indian Muslims susceptible in the eyes of the Hindus of India.
